What are Pre-order items?
Please read our Terms of Service policy before making any purchases!
Items that have "Pre-Order" or any other variation are products that have not been released yet. You are able to reserve or order ahead of time by placing an order and paying for it in full. As soon as the Pre-Order item(s) is released and/or as soon as we are able to do so, your order(s) will be either available for pick up or shipping out. This process ensures that you can purchase any items you want ahead of time and ensure that it will be available to you when released. A product's Pre-Order period is not definite but we strive to have it available 1-3 weeks before the product's release date. Items during this Pre-Order period may be priced at a special discount only available during this time or for a limited time. Be sure to Pre-Order today to not miss out!
By placing an order(s) that contain Pre-Order items, you agree to the following terms:
- ORDER(S) WITH PRE-ORDER ITEMS CAN NOT BE CANCELED! Due to inventory & subject agreements, any and all orders with Pre-Order items will NOT be canceled for any reason prior to its release date or availability.
- You will have 1 (one) week after a Pre-Order item’s release date or when the item is available to us to pick up your order! If you do not pick up your Pre-Order after this 1 week period, your order will be canceled and refunded. Upon this cancellation, there will first be a restocking fee of 15% of the orders subtotal deducted from your refund.
- An item's Pre-Order price/discount, availability, & release date may be subject to change either before, during, or after the Pre-Order period. Any order(s) placed for Pre-Order items during its Pre-Order period are not subject to change and are guaranteed to stay at the price that you paid for.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate and correct shipping details upon checkout. If any changes or confirmation need to be made then it is your responsibility to notify us before your order(s) is shipped out.

Pre-register early for our event !
Join us for a battle of wits and strategy in our Kill Team Tournament! Miniatures will be provided or bring your own squad (must use the same squad throughout the tournament).
The October Kill Team tournament will be held on four Fridays throughout the month (3,10,17,24) from 4:30 to 8:00PM. The tournament will have a maximum of eight participants, each playing one round per week for the first three weeks and recording their points scored (tac op, crit op, kill op).
On week four, the four players with the highest amount of points will play each other, with the top two players facing each other to decide the store champion!
Each player will pre select a kill team from our available roster (unless bringing their own) on week one and will be unable to change teams throughout the duration of the event. However, the exact operative selection can change from week to week.
Prizes:
1st place: $50 Store Credit
2nd place: $25 Store credit
3rd to 8th: Rent a Kill Team Voucher ($10 value)
Time: October 3,10,17,24 4:30 pm (please check-in before 4pm so you'll have time to setup/choose a team)
Entry: $15*
Location: Pearlridge Center (located by Macy's side on 1st floor)
Available Kill Teams:
Phobos Strike Team, Angels of Death, Kasrkin, Nemesis Claw, Legionnaries, Vespid, Wrecka Crew, Hierotek Circle, Hearthkyn Salvagers, Deathwatch, Canoptek Circle. (availability is base on first-come, first-serve. Please let us know which team you would like to reserve for your game night during sign up by leaving a note in the "instruction box" at checkout)
- Use of Event Tokens is monthly based. By joining certain events, you will receive a "Event Token" from us, MiniQ. Tokens can be redeemable monthly for additional raffle rewards and other incentives. Please see our staffs for up-to-date details.
- All rented items must be return before the event ends.
- We kindly ask our customers to take extra care when handling our rented miniatures (Kill Team) and terrain.
Refunds will not be given for no shows.
